Our Managing Partner Vincent RP Garrington  has over 30 years experience in the Hospitality industry specialising as a senior executive in development, positioning, branding, strategy and business turn around.

As a passionate advocate of the Harvard Business School’s ‘The Service Profit Chain’, it underpins his energetic leadership style and core values. ‘The Service Profit Chain’ established the link between a highly motivated team, customer satisfaction and an organisation's achievement of its goals - originally seen as ‘profit’.

Working in conjunction with Business Coach Judith Sharman of Well Tree Learning, Vincent developed a solution seeking business model where all levels of an organisation worked in collaborative groups to improve performance. Vincent was also a contributor to Judith’s leadership publication ‘The Leadership Workout’.

Vincent spent 4 years as Vice Chair of Birmingham Southside Business District with portfolio responsibility for ‘The Streets’ which included homelessness, begging, vandalism and antisocial behavior.

Vincent is an NLP Master Practitioner, an experienced coach and has given numerous motivational talks on ‘Believing & Receiving’. He remains committed to supporting social mobility across all sections of society.

Vincent now heads up ‘C-Suite Business Management Group Limited' supporting organisations and communities to evolve their business and operating models in order to coexist with our planet - People, Planet, Purpose.
